Top end related issue

I had my 2008 chevy 4X4 with 5.3 liter dyno tuned and the guy made a few
adjustments with his lap top. Shift points etc. He said he removed the top
end limiter but on a closed course the vehicle shuts down at 95 MPH. I took
it back and he rehooked it up and said on this particular truck there are four
things that limit the top end. He made some adjustments and said it was
fixed and the truck now have only the limits of top end by top RPM. Tested it
again and cuts off at 95 MPH. What is going on and how do I fix this.

Your guy might not be familiar with tuning your truck. It's either oporator or equipment.
