The AC compressor won't turn off does any one knows?

My Honda Civic EX 2008 AC compressor does not want to turn off even when
i press the AC button does not do anything either on and off stays the same
seems to be that is working automatic and is drinking all the fuel pretty fast
and also all the tubing and hoses get freeze when im not using the AC.

i checked relay relay good still does not turn off
