Grounds from the battery where do they go?

What do these go. And will it have my truck going crazy and cause killing
problems?

I would say it goes to a junction box that provides ground to different points ? ? , maybe you can find the matching torn end or if someone is selling a truck like yours you can go take a look at it . If you have any doubts have a pro take care of it .
