2008 Dodge Ram 1500 3.7l wont start, no power,

I've thrown everything I can think of at this truck so if anyone can I would
appreciate some help. The original symptom was the dash and head lamps
flickering, and occasionally the radio would cut out. well everything i
researched said the most likely culprits were the alternator, battery had
already been replaced (less than 3 weeks old) and the ignition switch. I have
replaced all these components and now I have no power to dash or anything,
no lights, and no start what so ever. I don't know outside of a broken wire
what else this could be?

Did you check under the power distribution box for a burnt out wiring or even the box itself?
Ill check that today. Thanks for the reply stand by for further info.
So behind the box is dusty but i vleaned everything, connections seem solid and theres no frays or arc burns that i can see.
Then it’s time to start testing main power and grounding circuits. Did you already check for blown main fuses?

You need a multi tester to see what has power ground and what don't
Alright i think your right on ground fault. DC voltage at battery terminals is around 18, and positive to body is 10 ish. I have an old meter not a digital so those may have some give and take
Alright cleaned all ground i could find that restored dash lights and media. Then went to start got one click and the voltage to body dropped again. It's that a bad starter?
