my a/c is not blowing cold the compressor kicks in so i put a charge on it but still not working what else could be wrong?

Could be that the air door to the evaporator is not closing which would cause the problem you have . Try using the defroster on coldest setting and see if you get cold air out the def. vents .PBN

welll it's a modern vehicle .... at the very least you will need a service manual (not a HAYNES BOOK ) and then you can go from there . there will be a specific sequence of tests that need to be perfomed in exact order to establish the failed part or parts . otherwise it's a crapshoot ... as far as which manual , i'd say at least a chiltons manual for your specific vehicle or an A/c manual for your specific vehicle ..and more expensive but the best info. would be a FACTORY SERVICE MANUAL FOR your "300" . best bet would probly be to go to the dealer and have them run a diagnostic check on your climate control system ....
