I have a 2008 Infinity G35 my car is overheating

Fans are working fine.  The coolant leaked out of the
coolant cup. At first I saw it bubbling hot, now there is no
coolant in the cup

the cup is the over flow ??? fill the cup up with anti/freeze/summer coolant..

need more info..sounds like your radiator itself need coolant also...at least !

First of all you definitely have a leak in your car cooling system and need to locate and fix that problem ASAP. If you cannot do it yourself then seek professional help. Adding refrigerant not going to solve the problem. Be very careful with overheating the engine because it's could killed it.

wait ...wait ..wait here.. DONT FLIP OUT HERE...THE RAD.CAP NOT CUP...THOUGHT IT WAS A BRITISH THING......CHECK THE CAP FOR LBS. HOLDING LBS. PRESSURE YOUR IS 13 LBS......!. ITS FAST AND EASY TO DO... FILL YOUR RADIATOR WITH SOME WATER IN CASE THERES A LEAK YOU WONT WASTE THE ANTIFREEZE...AT THIS POINT MAKE SURE ITS FULL THERMOSTATE OPENS AND AIR IS OUT OF THE SYSTEM.....I DONT KNOW WHY / HOW (Adding refrigerant ) GOT INTO THE ANSWER ABOVE.. UNLESS A BOO BOO..ADD COOLANT (ANTI FREEZE / SUMMER COOLANT) AFTER YOU SEE ALL IS OK ..KELLY
