Why does rav4 have vibration

Has a rumble strip sound and bad vibration at 30
to 40 mph have 120000 miles on it ant body have
any ideas I have heard it could be alot of things just
dont know where to start

Could be the brake rotors, suspension or the tires. Have to check. If you are around DC area then you can visit our shop "Jindal Andre Automotive Services".
