Car won't start if it turned off for a London period of time

My car won't start if its been off for a while I replaced the
starter relay my battery is at 14.9

If the battery is good, it might be the starter. "Thump" the starter firmly with a piece of wood and see if you can get one more start out of it. Then drive it to repair shop without turning it off until you are sure.

My 2006 Cadillac setup fir 3months to find out the computer in it reactivated. Had to get a new one install n reprogram. Cadillacs computers will go bad if sitting up for months
