Audi A4 2008 are they reliable ?

Hey so I’m looking at buying an 08 Audi A4 off of
one of friends who works at a mechanic shop, they
said they replaced the turbo and the timing chain,
and the tune up was done. The car has 130,000
miles and he’s asking 4k for it since he bought the
car for his wife, turns out his wife wanted a Prius.
