No heat coming from my vents

I can tell the heat is on but it's not
blowing out of my vents until I
start driving then it blows out my
vents but stops again as soon as
I stop driving.

I'm guessing that the blower fan is dead. Might be a blown fuse, or something wrong in the system, like a faulty resistor or a burned out motor.
