08 Camry won’t start

Car was running perfectly fine daughter left the
lights on and when I went to change the battery I
hooked it up backwards and now it will not start the
dash lights work but the radio and windows do not.
I already changed the linkable fuse and still nothing
any ideas as to what could have happened

You've drained the battery when the lights left on. Car will not start after, yes. After you changed the battery the ECU resets. In some cases, it needs to relearn. Hard starting or very low idle then engine off. It's normal, just give it a try and give gas in to it. (assuming your battery, starter and alternator are good) cnp
