Will not turn over even after replacing fuel pump
not a security system issue

In addition to replacing fuel pump we have also ruled out any security system issues or fuse issues. It's like not holding fuel prime. Use starter fluid a few times consecutively then it starts a few hours later it will not start again. Any other ideas. ???
