Question type: Maintenance & Repair

climatronic blows cold air mixed with warm only on the passenger side.driver side is fine. took it to vw who said it is working properly with no error codes. cold air blows from the upper left corner under the dash down on your feet. is there any way to warm this up. it is better with the recirc on but you can't use that all the time due to window fogging.

at my last visit ti the dealership they left the cabin air filter cover open. The filter was not in properly causing the heater vent to allow exterior cold air in to the car. it took two visits for them to finally locate the problem they caused. the heater now works terrific.
