Cracking Noise?

I have a cracking sound that seems to come from the area of the moonroof whenever I drive my car. The sounds seems to be getting louder, has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, what it the cause and how can it be fixed?

it is mostlikely the rubber seal, i have that problem with mine except it is between the door and body of the car, you can check by pressing your finger against the seal while driveing to see if it stops
