Buick Lucerne repair services

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a friend, I think, that repaired my left rear
brake line plus he bought the things needed at the
auto store. I  paid him $125, for the materials and
the labor. I don't know if it wasn't the right amount
but I know that auto repair shops charge ALOT for
labor. Now, another brake line needs to be replaced
and he got materials again and wants $70.00. Is
that a good deal???  Or am I being taken for a
ride???

If your friend is doing a good job you are getting a good deal. Take it to a shop and get a quote if you don't believe him.
