Vibration felt in steering wheel is the front end. Brake rotors, wheels tires need balanced.

Temperature gauge up & down and fan running all the time means it is running warm to hot range and the fans are trying to cool it down. The cooling system needs serviced. Rumbling could be belts & pulleys to this needs tracked down, could be the water pump since it is running warm.

May have to have it looked at soon to keep from loosing the motor due to oil and coolant loss.
