Problems with fuses

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have the tool that lights on when fuses have
power and there are some that don't have power
and when I take them out the fuses are not
blowned out. I don't know what is the problem. The
ac sometimes turns on sometimes it does not and
the moonroof does not open.

I believe the problem may be directed towards the fuse block under the dash
