You purchase some CRC MAF cleaner from your local store and follow the instructions on the can. You can search youtube, tons of videos for DIY's.

Very easy DIY. Just pop the top cover off the engine compartment by removing the carpet and 6 Torx bolts, the air intake is right on top. The MAF sensor is the only part of it that has an electrical connector attached. Undo the connector and a single Torx, pull out the MAF sensor and spray MAF cleaner on it. Do not use any other cleaning product and do not touch the element with anything.
