2008 Ford Escape XLT Stall Issue

I have a 2008 Ford Escape XLT, V6 3.0L. I recently got it partly submerged in
water for about an hour (engine wouldnt start, was in water). Once pulled
out, engine started and it pushed lots of water out of my exhaust. However,
since then, the engine now as a hard start sometimes and often stalls out
when I'm not applying pressure to the gas pedal (but starts right back up
after). It's displaying codes P2197 and P2195 as well. Any idea what this is?

It also rough idles sometimes when there's no pressure applied to the gas
pedal, seeming like it wants to stall.
