Almost finished but where's this wire go?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I need help finding out where this
wire plugs into on my junction box.
I've replace my box and have gotten
all wires plugged into the new box in
the correct spots n I forgot the one
that comes through the bottom
cover alone. Believe it's it's own
harness? Anyways I don't know
where to put it n I know it has a spot
lol

Green says ground to me , A multi tester is useful for electrical work . Notes and diagrams also help .
