Why my navigation only working when in neutral?

I installed a new aftermarket gps navigation system. And  at the same time my friend working
on the exhaust manifold replacement. So i finished the navigation the 1st day and it working
fine but on the 3rd day when my friend bring back the truck for me and the navigation wont
work right anymore. When the truck in Park the system boot up but wont show the home
screen, when in Drive the screen show no video input. Its only work when its in Neutral. Is
anyone know whats wrong with it?
