I have a ford taurus 2008 when I come to a stop or red light it takes time to pick
up speed and sometimes it gets stuck under 20miles and I have to stop and
restart the car

Sounds like you need catalytic converters. I think the Taurus has 3, your looking at exhaust from the headers back and its going to run you about 1200+
