Cut wires

My bf accidentally cut through firewall grommet and cut
some wires in that bundle that goes through the firewall.
How can we repair this? The car doesn't turn over now.

    2008 Scion xb drivers side front end has grinding/scraping when I take a right turn. The sharper and harder the turn is the louder the scrapping/gringing sound is.

    brake noise on scion xB. goes away sometimes but always returns, speed sometimes speed effects or reduces noise.brakes are good.no signs of anything contacting rotors,applying brakes does effect noise
