if its only hard to start after filling with gas you probably have a purge valve stuck open, this will not neccesarily set a code or turn on a check engine light on the vehicle. but if thats the only time its hard to start thats the most likely cause. its mounted on the back of the upper intake between the intake and the firewall. it has 2 vacuum lines and a connector so it is very easy to change yourself
