Car just dead

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Charging battery to capacity, still has some
charge. What could be missing on car that
would make it not respond at all

Old cars tend to have corroded and or loose electrical connections, directly at the battery terminals right on down the line so to speak..Make sure everything is clean , tight and IF Ok still no success have a voltage drop test performed on the starter circuit.
