whirring sound when turning left

off your description I would say check your power steering fluid, if that is full then I would ask does it do it when your turning the wheel when parked and driving or does it do it only while driving, if both then it could be a power steering pump going bad, if it only does it when driving depending on what you mean by a whirring sound it could be a wheel bearing.
