Heating up of Subaru Outback 2004

My subaru outback 2004 heats up when I am going uphill and normal when I
am going downhill/flat terrain, some mechanics think its the gasket or the
water pump as the hose pipe is always tight and pressurized and water from
the radiator is lost through the reserve bottle with bubbles, the initial owner
says I need to bleed the radiator as this also happened to him, please help
as I have parked the car for now looking for a better way of dealing with this
without disassembling the engine.

Ok, I get it. I will then get the mechanic who recommended the head gaskets to be fixed. Thanks tho, much appreciated!
