WHEN IT RAINS I GET STANDING WATER IN MY PASS. REAR FLOOR PAN
AREA. NO OTHER AREA OF CARPET OR HEADLINER IS WET EXCEPT RH
RWEAR FLOOR PAN CARPET.

I'm guessing the right rear door seals are worn or rotted. This is pretty common on twenty year old cars like that. I'm surprised all the door seals and maybe the front & rear glass seals haven't been leaking, as well.

Yep door weatherstripping, door drains plugged and if it has a sunroof those drains can also plug up.
