All three break lights r not working and I don't have any power to my brake light switch

On my 2000 Tahoe all three break lights
went out and I replaced the bulbs and all
fuses r good but I'm not getting any power
to the harness for the brake light switch.is
there a reason why I'm not getting power to
the harness for the brake light switch
