Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2003 Tahoe 5.3L will not drive after shifting out
of park and into drive, 3, 2 reverse etc. Had it towed
to my house. Is my transmission out of

Thank you for your answer. It does show the appropriate gear as i shift. When the vehicle is cold i can get it to move in and out of my very short 20 foot driveway. I guess I should have mentioned it was slipping between 2nd and 3rd which started about 6 months ago
