My 2004 tahoe will go into 4 wheel auto or 4 wheel low when i first start up . I replaced 4 wheel computer in dash and the selector switch same problem still going on

At start up the vehicle cant remembe rwhat 4 wheel drive position it was last in. It will just
randomly choose one. Replaced computer and selector switch

did you replace the transfer case shift motor?
