I have a 4 4wd chevy tahoe 5.3L V8. My serpintine belt makes noise sometimes durning start up, do I need to replace belt or pulleys or both?

Probably both, along with the belt tensioner. It can be hard to see but the belt tensioner arm itself starts to separate from the mount causing a belt misalignment and a squeaking belt.
