My ac c compressor will not kick on when I put freon in. And there is no cold air when on. Fuses are good. What could it be

You probably need to jump the low pressure switch.

Switch, pressure switches, fuse, clutch coil, actually disconnect the low pressure switch from the accumulator jumper connector, does it kick in if no check for voltage in the same connector if yes check control side from switch to vcm and from vcm to connector, broken wires are rare unless someone cuts them. Do you have a gauge set? If high side pressure stays high as in a plugged system compressor won't run air in the system also causes high pressure. Are there hvac codes in the vcm? If yes repair them before continuing, I hope this isn't confusing keep us informed you're in the right place
