No air

I have a 2003 Ford explorer that had a low flow
problem but I took the blower motor out and fixed
it now it's blowing strong but only the front floor
vents , defrost vents and regular passenger and
driver front vents work. But my rear console vent
do not work as in no air coming out of them I really
need some advice.

Suspect blend door actuator motor or blend door. Net has tons of videos on the subject.
