AC question 2004 Ford Explorer XLT

Hello,
I have a 2004 ford explorer xlt.  My AC was working
well, until the other day.  It started to blow hot air.
This states like this for about 4 days.  I would run
the ac every day when it was down for about 2
mins.  The other day it started to blow cold air
again.  Now 2 days later it went back to blowing
hot air.  What advice can u give me please?

Could be the blend door actuator. It moves a door behind the dash which determines if cold air or hot/warm air is delivered to the dash ports. They are known to fail. When beginning to fail, one can usually/sometime hear a repetitive clicking sound.
