What do you do when you replace the blend
door and it still makes a clicking sound
doesn’t work right
The clicking sound is coming from the actuator which moves the door. It is about the size of a cigarette pack. Has a gear mechanism on it and operates electrically. The clicking noise is a broken tooth on the inside of the actuator. Check the net for a video on your make and model. Part is not expensive, but can be a b..ch to fix.
