Broken valve

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car broke a valve. Can i just put a new head on it? The
head has a big hole.  Cylinder 5 is shot and that cylinder
was the one with broken valve. Can i just replace the
head? Can the insice of the moter be damage?

The car just hit 150.000 that nothing that’s why I was wondering what is better

No. On a back road going to work the car started shaking then engine light starting blinking. So I shut the car off and ask I kept driving I went on lunch and the car was smoking and making a noise and has no power

Perhaps just metal fatigue. I would not reuse any of the valve train parts.

I will not reuse any parts over the Spring broke and that is what cause it. I am going to take head out to see if there is damage
