Just put a new battery and alternator on my 04 explorer and it still won’t start.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just put a new battery and alternator on my 04 explorer
and it still won’t start. My connections are good, tried
starting it in neutral. What should I try next? Please let me
know if you have any ideas on what could be causing it
not to start. The alternator and battery both tested bad so
I have replaced both, new.

If vehicle is turning over but not starting sounds more like a fuel problem.

my 04 explorer was doing the same thing..the dealer said once you replaced a battery the alarm system doesn't respond you probably need to get your keys reprogrammed like i did if your red alarm light flags really fast when you try to stat it thats the problem
