Found this disconnected in my 2005 Ford explorerer HELP!

Found a wire that’s disconnected in my car it’s
behind the glove box in my Ford Explorer that
is a 2005.

Back story was in glove box trying to fix heat,
and heat still isn’t working I’ve put a new
heater control switch, checked coolant,
blower works but not heat.
