How can I get my 2005 Ford explorer  liftgate glass fixd?
The actuator sounds works but it doesn't open

If the actuator is not releasing the glass, you will need to disassemble the door and fix, adjust or replace the actuator. If that is nothing you are comfortable doing you will need to take the vehicle to a reputable shop.
