If the button just jiggles and refuses to go up to the unlock position, the actuator could be faulty or crud and grime has built up around it preventing easy movement. Does the button go down when you attempt to lock all doors? If so the actuator may be going out and is weak. Gravity is an assist when going down, if the lock mechanism works that way.
