Top radiator hose keeps sucking in and the reservoir has beige gunky stuff in it

So my top radiator hose keeps
sucking in and I noticed in the
reservoir tank that is got those
yucky film gunky stuff stuck
around the inside of it I don't think
that my fan is turning on it will if I
turn on the air conditioner but I
can't hear it turn it on when it's not
when the AC is not turn on any
ideas

I think you have a head gasket leaking oil into the cooling system. The radiator hose issue is probably a bad radiator cap but it may just be gunked up.
