Dash lights will not work

My dash lights recently went out in my 2003 Toyota
Camry. The seatbelt indicator light, door ajar light, battery
light, etc. still operate, however the RPM gage,
speedometer and the thermostat DO NOT light up
anymore. I also noticed that once the dash lights went
out, the rear glass brake light also went out. I checked the
fuses, and replace them but once I turn on my headlights
the fuses blow again. Any information at this point would
be helpful in solving this issue! Thank you guys so much!

Have you had any recent repair work done to this vehicle? An electrical sort is causing that fuse to blow. Special equipment is usually required to find that short. Try this...open the trunk and check the wiring harness at the driver side trunk hinge area for cuts or breaks. Get back with results.
No cuts or breaks in the wiring harness. I’ve have recently (within the last 2 weeks) had the window tint removed and new tint put on and a new CD player was installed about a month ago.
If you can find the fuse for the new CD player....remove it....and see if your problem goes away.
Removed the fuse from the CD player and replaced the blown fuses for the panel and tail lights with the same outcome. Any more suggestions? I really appreciate your help, thus far.
Well....without a wiring diagram for this vehicle....and.....a tool called a Short Finder....about all we can do is guess as to what might be shorting out. see if you can disconnect the electrical connection at each Head Light. Leave them DC. same at the rear tail lights and the high mount stop light at the rear window. Leave them all DC. Replace blown fuses and lets see what happens when you turn on the Head Lights.
Everything was disconnected and the fuses changed again and it still blew.
Now can you ID the fuse that blew? Check the fuse cover for correct ID and Amperage
