Cuts in and out when flooring it

Ok my car runs and drives good until you
floor it then it spits and sputters I have
changed fuel pump fuel filter plugs and plug
wires because it sat up for a year so I
thought of might be bad gas but the code
reader says throttle positioning sensor will
that cause this or what could it be

First try checking air filter to see if dirty and needs to be replaced and clean throttle with throttle body cleaner add some fuel injector cleaner to gas tank
