Is it Safe/Reliable to turbo or supercharge my daily 1995 Acura integra RS?

1995 Acura Integra RS (B18B1 engine, 1.4L, No    
V-Tec). I Daily drive it. Runs perfectly right now.
High miles (219,000 mi) I want to make it as fast as
I can while also being reliable. Need suggestions:)

I wouldn't consider a 27 year old car with 219K reliable, but it sounds like you DIY keeping costs low. I personally wouldn't add a turbo or supercharger to an old worn out engine, your just asking for trouble and grenade the engine sooner than later. Drive it as is while saving up for that newer vehicle that has a turbo.

Exactly, that old engine will never be able to handle the added power of a turbo. With that many miles on it the engine is already tired. Adding a turbo will kill it very quickly! This is one of those cases where "if it works, don't fix it" applies! Hope that helps! Jim
