Rough idle, loss of power especially up hills,

there are a number of things that could be wrong from fuel pump not putting out enough fuel pressure, off timing the belt skipped or the cap has oil seepage on the inside, if it has coil packs then it could be a coil , low compression, fuel filter, even dirty air cleaner or carboned up throttle body. all of them are pretty simple to look at and check out
