Those flashers are located all over the place go to a parts store have them look up your model the book will give you the general location of the flasher. Most are in around the fuse box under the dash, or located just near the steering column that audible click you hear when it's on is the flasher itself if you can get it to click while looking for it sometimes makes it easier to find.

Turn on your 4 way flashers. Listen for the noise under the dash.

If you do that you will only find the 4 way flasher they are interchangeable but not the same thing. the 4 way is a different circuit than the turn signals However both flashers may be close to one another give it a shot. Like I said parts stores have a locating guide it gives you the general location most stores have that book out like PEP boys
