Try ZZ Performance for a reprogrammed ECM with a higher rev limit. You may want to do some other mods as well. I'm not sure that simply raising the upper rev limit will accomplish anything. I raised mine to 7300 in conjunction with a Stage II upgrade, larger intercooler and a fresh air intake. It works very well and I no longer bump the upper limit in first and second gear like I used to.

GM PUTS A 110 TO 115 MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMITER ON ALL OF THE CARS THEY SELL. IT IS PROGRAMMED INTO THE ECM. IF YOU WANT IT TURNED OFF YOU WOULD NEED EITHER A TUNER WHO WILL DO IT, A GM MECHANIC WHO WILL DO IT, YOUR OWN TECH II SCANNER, OR BUY AFTER MARKET TUNING SOFTWARE. CORVETTES DO NOT HAVE LIMITERS ON THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SOLD WITH SPEED RATED TIRES.
