You have a bad misfire in your engine. The flash time means that your catalytic conver is being damage. The misfire is being caused by ether no spark on a cylinder, no fuel, or internal engine damage.

Flash codes from a check engine light have not been a thing for 25years. If the check engine light is on there is an active code. If it starts flashing major damage may start happening to you engine or catalytic converter.

... and take all advice offered by online gurus who haven't even seen your car with a grain of salt. For example, there are people in this room who think your car has a power steering belt, which it doesn't. We do the best we can, but we can't know everything. Lots of useful advice here, but that's all it is. I agree with Ed. Have it properly evaluated by a technician. And do it sooner, rather than later before you destroy something expensive. Good luck.
