ford escape 2008 brake front brakes keeps locking up

So my sister has a ford escape 2008. and the passenger side caliper keeps
over heating. Even after i changed the caliper (both sides), rotor (both sides),
bled the break, and even changed the break line on the passenger side too
since was collapsed. It has roughly been about 11 weeks before it started to
happened again. and the problem is only happening on the passenger side. i
have no idea what might be causing it at this point so any advice or tips will
help. (note: i don't have access to the car till a day or 2 from now)

My daughter's Ford Escape is doing the same thing. Did you ever figure out what it was?

I’m sure this is probably waaaay over due. I had this issue, the 9” brake line that goes from the hardline to the caliper would collapse when letting go of the brake pedal, basically the brakes would stay engaged even after the pedal was let go. Literally a $10 part fixed the issue for me.

What brake line did you guys order? Mine is doing the same thing. I’m scared to start a fire as they get really hot even after changing both the pads, rotor and caliper.
